WHO ARE WE?

As part of its new Vision, its Strategic Orientations to become a “  SMART PANAFRICAN ORGANIZATION  ” and its Roadmap for Digital Transformation , UCLG Africa , through its African Local Government Academy (ALGA) and in Partnership with the Cabinet Ideo Factory, launches a new Platform for e-Learning containing offers of Empowerment, Training and Capacity Building and named the e-Academy of UCLG Africa: https://e-learning.uclga.org/ . The platform contains digitized courses, Modules on Digital Transformation, Soft Skills, Office automation and Language Courses, MOOCs as well as a Digital Library of some 900,000 references.
